Returns & Refund
At Ava & Yelly, we understand that finding the perfect fit and style for your little ones is important. That's why we offer hassle-free returns within 10 days of your delivery.
Shipping costs on returns/exchanges are the buyer's responsibility unless the return/exchange is due to defects in manufacturing or you received the incorrect item.
Ava & Yelly reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.
Returns:
Eligibility: We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Ava & Yelly, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 10 days of delivery. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@avaandyelly.com to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your request.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost $3.99 for return shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) for compliance with our return policy. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
Refunds:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and process your return, we will refund your account from the original method you have used to purchase for the entire product amount . (NOTE: we do not refund or credit shipping charges. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility).
Refunds will be processed within the date we receive your approved return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Partial Refunds: If the returned item(s) show signs of use, damage, or missing tags, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
Exchanges:
If you need a different size or item, please contact our Customer Service team at info@avaandyelly.com to request.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order including a photo as a proof. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to underwear, swimwear, and accessories. Please ensure you review the product before making a purchase.
